📖 Our Mission

Honoring a Legacy of Philanthropy

The fund is named as Qamar Jehan Begum (1908-2000), wife of Khan Sahib, Raja Mohammad Sarfaraz Khan. Begum Sahiba was a known philanthropist and had keen interest in promoting education among the masses.

She not only gave various educational scholarships, but also provided various extra financial assistance to school. Apart from this, her generous donations included the foundations of maternity ward in civil hospital and provided free health care for many deserving families.

The QJB fund has been started by her children to continue her noble mission, and is serving a good number of students ever since the establishment of Myer's College.
